Creative Direction - Design - Event Strategy
As Creative Lead for FWD, Udemy Business’s global flagship event series spanning Mumbai, Bengaluru, Seoul, Tokyo, London, Frankfurt, Mexico City, São Paulo, and New York City, I developed the overarching creative strategy, theme, and visual identity to unify the brand experience across regions while allowing for local cultural nuance. Partnering closely with marketing and executive leadership, I directed concept development, event branding, and storytelling across digital and physical environments, including a global FWD virtual broadcast that extended the experience to enterprise audiences worldwide.
FWD positions Udemy Business as the leader in enterprise skills transformation and AI-ready workforce development, contributing more than $6.7M in influenced pipeline and over $1M in closed deals annually. From immersive experiential environments and executive-facing content to scalable campaign systems and global brand guardrails, I led the creative vision end-to-end, ensuring every touchpoint reinforced sophistication, consistency, and measurable business impact at scale.

I led the creative strategy and design direction for Udemy Business’s global event portfolio across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and NAMER, defining how the brand shows up in physical space at scale. From flagship conferences to executive roundtables and industry trade shows, I established the overarching look and feel, visual systems, and experiential guidelines that ensured consistency while allowing for regional nuance.
Beyond environmental design, I shaped event strategy in partnership with marketing and leadership, influencing everything from booth architecture and stage design to branded activations, swag strategy, and customer engagement moments. My role spanned concept development through on-site execution, ensuring every touchpoint reinforced brand sophistication, attracted high-value prospects, and translated our enterprise positioning into immersive, memorable experiences.
